An "original work" is a piece that can be bought on Pixtury and was created by a Pixtury partner artist.
How do I choose the right size for my print?
Every work's page shows all the available formats. With "See it on your wall" you can preview it in a room at real scale before buying.
How do I hang your prints on the wall?
Canvases arrive mounted on a frame, ready to hang on nails or screws. Aluminium and plexiglass have adhesive hangers on the back (screws and anchors for sizes over 60×90 cm). Posters can be hung with pins, adhesive or in a frame.
What are the shipping times?
We usually deliver canvas, aluminium and plexiglass prints within 4 working days, and posters within 5 working days. Shipping costs €4.95 and is free on orders over €49.
What happens if my prints arrive damaged?
Write to us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected], with a description and photos of the damage: we will reprint and reship the work at no extra cost.
I changed my mind, can I return a print I bought?
Every print is made to order at the time of purchase, so the right of withdrawal does not apply.
