Our canvas, aluminum and Plexiglass prints are supplied with a convenient hook to attach to the back of the print or with an assembly kit, for larger formats, consisting of screws, dowels and studs to make the print ready to install in an easy and quick way.
In the rare cases where damage occurs during transport and the recipient has signed the goods acceptance note with reserve, we can easily send new artworks to replace them free of charge.
Our artworks are shipped between 2 and 7 working days from the completion of the order. These processing times are necessary because each of our artworks is made to measure with care and attention to detail, to provide a unique work of art to our customers.
In our laboratories we use only top-of-the-market materials and inks to create art gallery level works. Take a look at our Trusted Shops certified reviews that guarantee us an "Excellent" rating.
Our artworks are made to measure, with the material and size required by our customers. For this reason, it is not possible to return artworks purchased on Pixtury.
There are several factors on which the choice of the correct size of an artwork depends. In particular, it is necessary to take into account the distance from which the artwork will be viewed once it is hung on the wall, its size and any other contiguous furnishing elements, such as other prints or furniture.
